Having just gotten "0" help from a stand alone paint store, we tried Ritters at West Shore Plaza. WOW... asked the same questions that the paint store employee wouldn't answer or gave us lame excuses about. Ritter's staff actually walked us to the exact supplies we needed rather than standing behind the counter pointing like at the paint store. We go to this store occasionally, but will now go all the time after the help we received. Employee was a college student working for the summer... Attention RItter's management/owner - give this young man a raise!!!
